Who is Christian Strunk?

I am Christian Strunk, a product coach in Berlin. 13 years in product, a master baker by trade, trained in body psychotherapy. Pixelstrunk is my avatar: the builder who plans, designs and ships software with AI, in public.

I work with founders, CEOs and product leaders of startups and scale-ups. I join your leadership meetings, help you set a clear product vision and a roadmap, and bring user story mapping to your team so it ships faster with less rework. For Trade Republic that cut a launch from five months to two.

The same method runs my own products. Every build is on this site as a video, an article and the working files.

How I think about products

1

Product discovery

Talk to customers before you write a spec. User story mapping turns what you heard into what the team builds next, in that order.

2

Product strategy

A strategy is a list of things you say no to. One vision, one roadmap, one process that connects the leadership meeting with the team's daily work.

3

Product-market fit

Most products die because nobody wanted them, not because the code was bad. Find the people with the problem first, then build.
